- Renamed config/aux to config/extras because aux is a reserved name
under Windows NT.

24 Apr 97

- Updated the config/extras and config/util directories to add some of
the changes I made to the itools-R6.3 distribution.  These include Perl
versions of imboot and xmkmf (so that Windows NT systems with NT perl
can use them) and a Win NT fix for msub.
